The lack of onsite parking adds a layer of complexity.
The hotel off site parking isn’t well advertised but is cheaper than other long stays. It is up a steep hill though, so not practical for taking luggage back to the car.

Bed wasn’t made on check in. The bedding made it impossible to have the twin beds as a proper double bed - far from ideal for a married couple on holiday, and not what we booked.

"We stayed in an apartment around 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. We’d not appreciated this when we had booked. The apartment was above a very busy street, so we were not able to open the windows at night due to lots of noise which continued into the early hours. Fortunately, there was air conditioning, although we’d have preferred fresh air.! The bathroom fan was annoying as it was very noisy. "We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Meridiana. Was perfect for everything we needed - great location just outside the old town, so easy to walk in every night. Perfect location for the funicular, and also very easy access to the shore for a swim! We hired a car and a parking space was available which was also fantastic. Staff were lovely, and the breakfast buffet and breakfast terrace were great!!"

Be aware, if your room is situated in the Villa building, there isn’t a Lift. No offer to help with luggage when we were on the 2nd floor and nobody was prepared to show us to our room, which was disappointing."
"Skøn lejlighed, fantastisk personale og lækkert pool område. Lidt langt fra byen og stranden men med mulighed for at leje cykler har det ingen betydning. Bilen stod godt i parkeringskælderen.
Et stort 9-tal, som let kunne have været 10 med to små forbedringer:
1: Aircondition slukker om natten så i højsommeren bliver der meget varmt meget tidligt om morgenen
2: Madras og hovedpuder er for faste/hårde for vores smag.
