"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the facilities were acceptable, the reception staff were rude and unwelcoming. They seemed uninterested in helping guests and spoke in an abrupt, unfriendly manner. First impressions matter, and unfortunately the poor customer service at reception negatively affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue and provides better staff training in the future."
