"All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) . "Great stay on our trip to Salamanca. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. We will for sure be back when we come back to Salamanca. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!! "

"First of all, I arrived well after the start of check in, but the hotel was locked up. When I phoned the hotel number it just went straight to answerphone - not a lot of use. I then spent 10 minutes webchatting to the Expedia bot going round in circles - it kept saying the same thing - before I got to a human. Eventually it was sorted and the owner woke up(literally) and came to the door. No apology and he even wanted to charge extra for breakfast. Not impressed. To make matters worse, I decided to have dinner at the hotel. I went and sat down at a table, and the owner came to take an order from another couple. He said he'd get me a menu then promptly disappeared to do some cooking. No menu, no drink, so I went to have dinner in the town. Also, there was no hot water. Not the way to run a hotel. Avoid!"
