"Great location. Definitely ski in/ski out. Before I got there I received a call about my stay etc. I was very impressed, don’t usually get that. However, the caller failed to mention the lobby is on level 2 and explain how to get to the lobby. The signage was vague. Then at check in the employee doesn’t make it clear that the badge reader to get into the building is not working and make sure to memorize or write down the number. She casually mentioned it with saying that’s the code for the hot...

"A mi llegada la ropa de cama y el balcon sucios, solicité cambio de ropa de cama y si lo hicieron No había articulos basicos de limpieza y jabon de baño y de manos suficiente, llamé y tardaron mas de 24 hrs en responder que solo eso entregaban en la propiedad le, falta mantenimiento y renovacion de muebles de sala . Por el costo ( igual al de four seasons por las mismas noches) creo que no vale la pena. Sólo la ubicación vale la pena"
