"The hotel itself is fair, the room has air conditioning, however, in terms of cleanliness is quite poor, it looks clean but there are some hair strands on unnoticeable areas such as the cushions on the chair, a pile of dust on the corners of the room, which may have caused me to caught hay fever during my stay. I booked 2 other rooms for my relatives, and they complained that some of their items are missing, although the items are non-valuable, which are luggage belt, tote bags and key lock....

"Excellent room - everything was brand new and very clean. The kitchenette was a nice touch, even if there wasn’t a cooker - it was enough for our one night stay. Some dish soap would had been nice, but other than that it was a perfect stay. It can be a little noisy as it is above the pub, but apart from that it was very cosy and we would come back again."

"Small apartment in a busy but good neighborhood. The mattress was paper thin and on a frame that was basically a wooden pallet.
Very warm. The apartment was surface clean in most areas but the shower needed a good scrubbing. Thought the tiles were caulked with black grout at first - it was that bad - until I noticed the upper tiles had white caulking! Maybe clean the lower ones?

"Les photos sont mélangées. On ne sait pas lesquelles correspondent à la location choisie. L'ensemble est vétuste voire délabré et sale. On peut dire qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtres
( 2 minuscules ouvertures ) .La literie est correcte et l'emplacement est bien pour visiter Londres. Pas de difficulté pour récupérer les clefs et communiquer avec le propriétaire. Expedia devrait vérifier les logements proposés. "
