"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. Definitely recommend. "

"Property was located right in the heart of Wrexham, with easy/convenient walk from the train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Room and bed were very comfortable for my two night stay. Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, however, everything was very clean and worked perfectly. "We stayed in room 36 and wow wow wow was we blown away it was 5 star suit soo comfy we were looked after so well Food was excellent breakfast was amazing especially the sousage im.fussy about sousage they were gorgeous .the bath was separate room and very big and the walk in shower was big aswell our weekend was absolutely amazing we were spoilt and the swimming pool area was great took we'll be back. "Good place to stay, beer only slightly above pub prices. Decent food in the evening. Breakfast is buffet and good value. The scrambled eggs are so lush I went back for more. They must be using cream or butter in them. "

"Only problem was with the vending machines! took the machine but did not dispense the goods (water and crisps) luckily the guy on duty was able to give me the goods, he had no idea about how to fix the machine though, not his fault he was very pleasant and helpful. "
