"The staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, although I didn't realise it was the German area of Palma. The safety box key 16 euros very expensive. Our room was great apart from a leak in the bathroom ceiling."

No coffee, though there was a kettle and cups in the room. The restaurant was lovely and the paella to die for. "Also das Hotel liegt weiter entfernt von der Schinkenstraße es ist aber alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand ist eigentlich nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur 2 mal gereinigt in 7 Tagen trotzdessen das es alle 2 Tage geschehen sollte. Gefragt wurden wir auch nicht ob die Reinigung ausgelassen werden kann. Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Beim Versuch, die Gardine zuzuziehen, habe ich einen Stromschlag bekommen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zudem nicht zuverlässig. Besonders ärgerlich war der defekte Aufzug: Wir sind darin steckengeblieben und haben unzählige Male geklingelt, ohne dass sich jemand darum gekümmert hat. "Please don’t book this hotel. Although the hotel is smoke free, our room smelt of smoke. The tub was rusty and the carpets in the hallway were old and dirty. We spoke to the gentleman that checked us in regarding the room but he wouldn’t help us. The Wifi did not well in the romm. Lastly the location is 20 mins walking from the city center. We never leave negative reviews but this time we felt we needed to. We stayed 1 night and checked out."

"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive!
