"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

"Muy buena opción para alojarse en Viña: cerca del centro, accesible a transporte bus, cerca de la playa y la costera... El colchón de la cama un poco blando para mi gusto, pero en general la habitación buena. El desayuno ligero, pero vale para quien busca más continental o europeo; un mexicano se quedaría con un poco de hambre. El personal muy muy amable y servicial. En general lo recomiendo!"
