"Very much a middle of the road bare bones hotel. Fine for what it is."

"Roof top bar kept us up until 3AM. There was no drive up to the entrance, no valet. Had to park around the block in a remote, dirty garage, then walk back to front. Smelled Mariguana throughout the building. Food…poor. Worst stay ever !!"

"Loved the location"

"Good!!"

"Felt very unsafe at the property and decided not to stay at all. The staff were unprofessional and I did not like that my room was accessible through the windows via the fire escape. Only became aware of potential danger after I gave my credit card and got access to my room. Promptly went downstairs and asked for my credit card to not be charged as I did not feel safe and my request was refused. I was charged for not staying in a room that I was very uncomfortable to stay in."

"Clean room, decent breakfast, easy check in and check out"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and...

"Location is fantastic, right across from Washington square park. Large rooms. Limited in room amenities, a mini fridge would have been helpful but plenty of shops nearby."

"Loved the area"

"For the price, it was definitely worth staying here. Great location and an unbeatable price."

"The staff here were so kind and lovely. I really enjoyed the location with the park right across the street, the local shops, etc and the convenience of being centrally located in lower Manhattan. Unfortunately, there was one big, huge issue that makes it so I sadly won’t be able to consider staying here again. I stayed for a week - and because of the way the temperature control in the building is set up - the coolest my room ever got was 78 degrees, even after calling and verifying the settings...

"Excelent location, somewhat dirty the room. But the staff is great!"

"Great deal, super nice staff, cute place… the carpet in the room had crumbs and the room smelt of Doritos 😂😂 not a big deal. I’ll be back."
