"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for them. The location was very convenient, being close to the bus station, which made getting around easy. My room was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others. Only negative was there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This was easily resolved once I asked for a kettle etc but I didn't need to get fresh...

"Stayed for 1 night. Excellent location with access yo train and restaurants. The room was a decent size and the young lady woman working at reception was bery nice. Note a few flights of stairs up to reception from the street but a lift up to rooms."
