"Upon checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or nonsmoking room. I'd reserved a nonsmoking and made the same request at check in. After long delay and conversation between staff that I couldn't hear, I was given a room that had no windows, and had an air conditioner that was loud and could not be adjusted or turned off.
