"The best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were amazing! Very friendly and helpful, especially Gleerie! I felt very well taken care of staying here (I also extended my stay another night.) The hotel is very close to the airport which is why I wanted to stay here. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Koror but they have a shuttle service or can call a taxi for you or they can help set you up with a rental car. They can also recommend tour companies. "We loved our stay at Sea Passion Hotel. The staff (especially the young ladies at reception) were always friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was large, with two big, comfortable beds. The ocean view is a little spoilt by the main road, but when our shower wasn’t getting hot on the first day this was fixed very quickly. "Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. "

"The property, bungalow and view were all gorgeous and even better than the pictures showed. The breakfasts were delicious, and delivered to your door at your preferred time. Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Parking is at the base of a steep hill, but staff are available to transport you and luggage up to your bungalow. Would definitely stay here again. Perfection!"

"The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable."

"The S&C is a small one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and a decent size living room. The staff was incredible, however, the facility is dated. The bathroom needs some serious updating, and it should be noted that you can not flush toilet paper in the toilets. "Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. "

"５日間の宿泊でしたがシーツの交換は０回。ルームメイクも１回だけでした。施設は新しいのですが、テレビも映らないし、水も補充されません。次は違うホテルを予約すると思います。"

"This is a scam please don’t book this non refundable hotel. We tried to contact them numerous times with no response and the only way to the island is via their boat. We had to book another hotel and then try and get our money back from Expedia which was refunded. They said hotel closed in 2020"

"設備などは新しいので問題なし。しかし、チェックインも遅くて、クレジットカード決済もミスするわ、カードキーも2枚中1枚は使えないし。アメニティも用意されておらず、電話しないと持って来ない。5日間中歯ブラシも交換ないので、連絡しようとしたが、受付と話しする事自体がストレスなので歯磨き粉は自前のものを使った。外出時の用意されるはずのタオルがなくて、用意するのに時間がかかる。毎日何かしらの待ちや二度手間ばかり。日本人からしたらストレスだらけのサービス内容。チェックインの時に遅いと意見を書いたところ、間違いがあってはダメなので時間を頂いています、と返信が来たが、そちらが遅くて間違えてるからこちらが言ってるのだ、と言うことが理解出来ていないのだろうか？甚だ疑問のホテルであった。"
