Showed up on a rainy Saturday to find out that my room reservation had been mistakenly lost (likely because of Expedia) and that my girlfriend and I would have to stay somewhere else for the evening. C and her team couldn't have more apologetic or helpful in resolving the problem - and needless to say I ended up returning the next night to have an incredible stay.
