"I want to say that the only reason why I give this hotel five stars about the staff is because I really like the lady at front desk her name is Lynn she is the sweetest person I ever meet but also I want to say that the lady the works in day time is a ducht bag she is so racist and I can tell that she doesn’t like her job she doesn’t smile or anything she is so miserable but the rest of the people the work there all are amazing from housekeeping the guys the serve breakfast and everybody else...

"The room was adorable. Decorated with cartoons. Perfect for kids. Spacious,clean. Pool area great. Fun splash pad area for kids as well as indoor, outdoor pools & hot tub. However breakfast buffet was awful. All the food was cold and when we complained we were told there was a microwave down the hall. Everything was self serve but when we used an unattended beverage bar an attendant did arrive to scold us for tapping juice ourselves. Do yourself a favor & eat elsewhere. Ihop is just up the road."

"Great hotel, right off the highway. Very clean and the staff was great!! Breakfast was just ok. Very basic. No hot food (eggs, sausage, bacon, etc...) Nothing special at all. Other than that, i would definitely stay here again."
