"I’ve been a loyal S Hotel guest for years, but after my stay at Altamont Court, I think I’m officially an Altamont guy now. The food is genuinely excellent — the traditional Jamaican breakfast is a standout and reason enough to book a stay. Ackee and saltfish done right, and everything served with care. The bar is well-stocked too, so whether you’re winding down after a long day or catching up with friends, you’re covered. But what really sets this place apart is the people. From the servers in the restaurant to the housekeeping team, everyone moves with warmth and professionalism. The ladies at the front desk deserve a special mention — super friendly, genuinely helpful, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like a regular from day one. If you’re deciding between the usual Kingston spots, do yourself a favor and give Altamont Court a try. I’m glad I did."

"I got locked out my room late at night and had to wait about a hr before I could get in my room maybe more. The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay!
