"Very nice hotel — I would definitely stay here again if I return to Nakatsugawa. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and having access to an onsen was a real plus. A very comfortable and relaxing stay."

"The BOSENKAN was a great experience. We really enjoyed the Onsen, even though it was our very first experience. The food was traditional, and there were a lot of new tastes for us which was nice. We were surprised by the large number of non-native workers there were. It did make understanding them difficult, and we felt it was less authentic. But we still enjoyed our stay! We will miss Mizuki-chan!"

"105号室に宿泊しました。 何点か気がついたことをお伝えします。 ①室内温泉の浴室の椅子の下に、飲むヨーグルトの容器のフタのようなものが落ちていました。 ②換気扇とエアコンの音がうるさく、気になりました。 ③洗面所が少しカビ臭かった。室内温泉浴室には換気扇があるものの、洗面所には換気機能がないためか今後が心配です。 ④洗面所のゴミ箱はもう少し大きい方がいいと思います。ティッシュ・ペーパータオル、アメニティの袋など出るゴミが結構多い。 "
