Friendly and alert ladies at the reception, helped me organising my bus trip for next morning. Room clean and functional equipped and with a neutral smell (no smoker room smell despite it was a smoking room). Mattress a bit hard but ok. Warm water available, air con not tested. "In the middle of nowhere. Not well maintained"

"Stayed during Tet. Rooms and hotel dated and in need of upgrade but ok. Price during holiday very cheap otherwise rating would be lower. Breakfast very limited and average at best. But unlike other hotels here this time of year at least they had heating. Great facilities in hot season but not even bar open this time so looks great and would be better at right time of year."
