"チェックイン時に予約が入っていないと言われ、Hotels.com と確認するも予約は存在しており、原因分からないまま1時間以上待たされ、とりあえず仮のチェックインをさせてくれるという話になるも、予約した部屋が無いという事でまた20分程待たされ、やっとアップグレードしてvillaタイプの部屋に案内されました。まあ、以上の事は事故としてホテル側の好意でアップグレードしてくれたのでチャラとしましょう。良い点このエリアでは唯一の高級ホテルで、梅里雪山飛来寺観景台の隣でレストランや売店も近くに色々あり、飛来寺にも歩いて行けるなど立地も抜群。お風呂のお湯の勢いと温度、シャワーの圧は十分、石鹸類にはLoccitaneを採用など、アメニティーも充実。トラブル対応に出てきたホテルマンはしっかりと対応してくれ、流石5つ星、と思えました。要改善点カーテンがネバネバしていて触った後に手を洗う必要があり、シーツもシワや汚れが有り、5つ星ホテルとしての清潔さに少し疑念を抱く。チェックイン時に対応した若者は「Checkin please...
