"The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the service and overall guest experience did not match the quality of the room or what I would expect from a four-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. I arrived before check-in and was simply told I would need to come back after 1 p.m. There was no offer to hold my luggage or make me feel accommodated while I waited. When I returned, a different staff...
