"Lovely hotel very big. We were only staying overnight. I queued at the bar to order some coffee ( as there was no waiter/waitress to be seen) only to be told they served soft drinks only with no advice on how to get coffees. When I eventually was able to order we then waited a further 20 mins for overpriced coffee."

"This villa was very clean when we arrived and we received a welcome pack of milk, bread and jam etc, which we didn't expect - a lovely touch. We also had a personal visit from Alice who made sure we had all we needed and kept us up to date during our stay with things we might want to do or visit.
