"The staff here is amazing, they definitely go above and beyond. They picked us up from the airport, delivered our luggage to our room, open doors for us, we ordered room service and it was great…. we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the Mayflower to others."

"At one time this must have been a great hotel. Now just a shadow of that. Looks like it mostly has weekend or back to school business. Perfect location for the university, rooms are big but need maintenance and hallway lights are dimmed or not used, rooms not clean (Gecko crap on walls in bathroom), overall a bit depressing. Breakfast is cheap and not very good. Items that should be hot are cold, no food warmers used."

"Checking in and out is easy. The hotel is in the city...it is definitely advisable to rent a scooter. The hotel is quiet...the view of the city is limited...from our side it is more of a direct view of the other building. The room is OK...room service is also OK...clean...there are snacks from the vending machine in the entrance area. A kettle in the rooms would be very desirable. Conclusion...you can do it"

"Property was lovely and lush and beautiful. The pool was also nice although a bit cool. We were there on a Monday night and there was nowhere to eat in the area within walking distance. There was an issue with hot water but to be fair we didn’t call the front desk to get it fixed. Staff were very helpful and tried to be even more so even when there was a language barrier. Breakfast was a nice touch. It was very quiet when we were there with just a few other rooms occupied. "
