Personal sehr freundlich, spricht auch englisch (gut, wenn das eigene italienisch nicht soo gut ist). Und ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto und die Chefin hatte uns gleich rührend unterstützt und rumtelefoniert. Dass sie uns nicht helfen konnte lag dann eher daran, dass Samstag und kaum jemand erreichbar war, hier insbesondere Ford. Letztlich rettete...
