"I plan on returning. The hotel is nestled in the heart of San Jose, it's a huge property. I chose it for the decor/culture of Costa Rica. I swam in a pristine Olympic sized pool, I saw several iguanas, and I don't know how many bird species and in the ceiling of my room, what I thought was a mouse, was actually a bird nest with new hatchlings, which was a bit disturbing when I was sleeping. "There are not enough positive words that I can say about Eden Atenas. From the moment we checked in, it was paradise. Inid (not sure the spelling) and Lucy, the chihuahua, greeted us graciously and were a pleasure. The grounds are amazingly beautiful with a very large variety of plants and trees. The birds were plentiful and gorgeous. We staying in the suite in the back and it was perfect. Would love to visit again in the future. "

It would also Be helpful to have an activity sheet with options. Loved the area and would recommend checking it out for cloud forest exploration and the waterfalls. Don’t expect to have all the activities mapped out. You gotta figure it out. "
