"We picked this hotel for the Aqua park and swimming pool as we had a 6 year old child. In hotel pictures, hotel shows as everything is almost in the hotel which are not. Everything is in a short walk distance but NOT within the hotel. It was a bit misleading -you can see they have a small note saying aqua park is 9 minutes away or something. They shouldn't put the other pictures which are not within the hotel. And no kitchen in the hotel, for breakfast you need to go to shopping centre's bowling...

"This is a fabulous hotel in a medieval settings. Not all staff speak English but their enthusiasm and service will make up for any lack of English. The spa in the basement is fantastic and so is the food. I am already back for a second stay. "

"New apartment have not been many before us but not ok cleaned after it was build .. Then they come and did normal cleaning and it was bad so we clean self . Then we rented this place because we wanted to make dinner not eat out all time . BUT how shall we make any dinner when it's no things in apartment for it ... One knife was all and that one was so bad that you could not cut a tomato with it "

"If you want to get away from the busy downtown of Kiev this might be the place for you this day, however I would not recommend this hotel, outside of summer season if at all. Property is not very well taken care of. Pool is utterly disgusting. Mold in the shower. Toilet seat doesn't fit on the toilet and the toilet is too close to the wall to sit properly. Chipped mirror over the sink. Room configuration is very weird with a long unusable hall inside the door to the room, then a very small room....
