"Location is the best. Any activities around are driveable. Staff was great and provided info on activities around. There was no air-conditioning, considering warm weather. Kept window/balcony door open, issue was mosquitoes. We were bitten every day. Dust wasn't cleaned around the bed and underneath. Only noticed it due to kids walking bare foot in the room. We hadden met diner gekozen maar de opties waren summier en het eten helaas niet altijd lekker, zijn daarom een paar keer ergens anders geweest. Dorpje was saai maar de omgeving heeft genoeg leuke plekken (Pitzdal, Otzdal, Imst)."

"The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!"
