"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". "The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach and a lovely walk to Tucepi and Podgora. The staff are pretty miserable in the pool bar except for Eva, she was lovely. We are vegetarians and there is not proper labelling so you could be eating anything, not good enough in this day and age. The food is average and barely warm. There is also very little entertainment. Overall it's in a great location but i'd try a different hotel or apartment next time."
