"These units are simple, and comfortable. There were no frills but it was safe and had plenty of stuff to do right on the property. Fishing piers were very near by and the onsite pool and fire pits filled up our downtime. I would recommend this to families and couples as a simple retreat that is close to everything!"

"This cottage is really in the heart of Lakeside. It is so close to everything! It’s a very quiet street as there are only neighbors on one side and it’s a few blocks from downtown. The cottage is very clean and the owner is wonderful about communicating before and throughout the stay. The kitchen has everything you need! The only downside were the beds. Most are old mattresses topped with foam and are NOT comfortable at all. I did address it with the owner who said the problem would be remedied...

"We were told on the phone we would be in house 5 but were put in 106. While the house was clean, it was very outdated. It smelled musty and it was uncomfortable to see a mousetrap in the kitchen. It had broken window blinds and screen (windows had no curtains so light came in through broken slats). It was disappointing to drive through the complex (which was very nice) and realize we were given a lower quality unit. "
