"We didn’t get the type of room we had booked, but no effort what so ever to make up for it or even apologise.
It was very difficult to get in touch with the “staff” when needed, and he didn’t speak English at all even if it says they should."

"Die Betten in den 4 Bett Zimmer haben eine Breite von 80 cm, eine erwachsene Person kann nicht aufrecht darin sitzen ( Stockbett) . Die Benutzung des Fernseher funktioniert nur wenn man zwischen den Betten steht, aus allen anderen Perspektiven ist mindestens der 1/2 Fernseher verdeckt.
