"I visited Siena for the Palio, once last year and again this year staying at the Hotel Duomo both times. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can tell from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff they love what they do and the professionalism shows! They also arranged my private ride from Florence Airport direct to the hotel. Amazing and I will stay here in the future. "

The only recommendation that we have is that the hotel could have someone available to answer questions after 2100 when the receptionist leave. We lost power in one Side of the room where the fan was plugged and we had to wait until next morning to be repaired. However, we will stay there again if we come back to Siena. "The most comfortable mattresses we have found on our travels, were in the family room of this hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious coffee at breakfast. Quick 10 minute walk to the historic district. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add a little more storage in the room and bathroom (and maybe some hooks). "
