"SeaGreen Cottage is a delightful property, stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, tidy and well maintained, with lots of good quality cups/plates/cutlery/appliances etc. Roof terrace is a great place to spend time with good book and glass of wine, and when the weather's not so good, the living area is comfortable. Area is lovely, safe and has access to a couple of good pubs, a shop and a deli. All I would say is the parking on site is limited size... so our BMW X5 only...

"The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay."

"This property has pros and cons. The good - amazing location (couldn’t be better), decent bathroom albeit downstairs, excellent shower, reasonably equipped kitchen, very comfortable double bed, bottle wine/crisps on arrival, some outside space, helpful parking pass. For improvement - really poor decor (photos do not show whole property needs redecoration …not just a few scratches) … from the frontdoor (and the meter cupboard with the door hanging off) …. it’s poor. There’s no point curating...
