"Hotel no geral tem uma infraestrutura muito mal conservada. Quartos em condições muito razoáveis, cadeiras das piscinas super velhas, desagastadas e com várias partes expostas oferecendo risco aos hóspedes, variação de cardápio bem fraquinha, quadras mal conservadas. Monitores da área kids não olham as crianças direito, ficam a maior parte do tempo sentados na recepção ou até mesmo do lado de fora "
