"I LOVE THE WALKS THROUGH THE GOLF COURSE AT DUSK AFTER THE GOLFERS HAVE GONE HOME ITS BEAUTIFUL WITH PONDS AND CREEKS AND LITTLE BRIDGES AND THE BIRDLIFE - SO SERENE. ALSO GREAT CYCLING/WALKS ON THE NEARBY TRAILS INCLUDING BUSHLAND ALONG THE BEACH AND ALSO ALONG LAKE ILLAWARRA OPPOSITE THE HOTEL . "

"I had a room with shared bathroom. Room was nice and quiet. There are 2 shared bathrooms- one for ladies and one for gents. The ladies had 3 toilets and 2 XXL shower cubicles to shower and dress. Very clean, tidy and well stocked. Downside was my room was at the end of the hall so a bit of a walk at night. Lovely old charm hotel. We enjoyed a Murder Mystery night. The food was ok, would have been better warm. Breakfast was also cold - warming up the plates would help on cold days."

"Lovely spacious room, very neat and tidy. Heater wasn’t working so staff gave us a portable one and it kept us nice and warm. Shower head could do with a replacement and water pressure wasn’t great but it was hot. Overall a great stay. We will recommend and definitely come back."

"The hotel was in a great location - close to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Recently renovated and clean throughout room - very spacious too! Free parking was a bonus and would stay again. "

"Nice stay ( 1 nite ). Room was great sith only small problems - basin tap wS too small and filli g kettle was best thru the shower. Water pressure made some terrible niises at times and road was used as a race track by hoons up until about 10 pm. Other than yhose minir grumbles the stay was great and food at the restaurant was terrific "
