"Property needs some love, the outside looked rough and the rooms are def outdated, my flight had been delayed for hours and I called to arrange with the property I was assured that my rates would be accommodated since it was out of my control that I did not arrive at my exact check in time. Once I arrived I spoke with the front desk person and they told me to speak to management once they arrived only to be told that I would not be refunded for the night I was not there, I showed him the call...
