" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. "We really enjoyed the stay. Our unit has 2 en-suite bedrooms that worked well for my family. The property is vey clean, staffs are super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Free pickup and drop off to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park is a great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea tasting session: high quality local teas, and excellent conversation about tea culture and local minority people’s cultures and heritage. Will stay here again on our visit to the magnificent national park. "
