"The electric wall heater was not operational and twice (each morning) I asked the morning desk manager if this could be fixed. The heater was not fixed and no explanation was provided. Unfair to have no heat on the cold nights. Are these not checked prior to the rooms been available for use ?"

"The room was according to expectations yet when the time came to take a shower, the head of the shower almost fell on my head. Had I not paid attention, I would have sustained injuries. The morning after at checkout, I did mention it to the reception desk. I was told that they were not compelled to believe me. That morning, I had to leave to my business meeting barely having been able to take a proper shower, in a sweaty and hot day. I asked for reimbursement since an essential part of the stay had not been fulfilled, buit was told that this was not going to be possible."
