Lots of steps..4 to get in to the house and 13 to get upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. Steps could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. No ice maker in the fridge, and some old fashioned ice trays would have been nice. Beds were comfy and all the linens were pristine. Washer and dryer in basement were easy to use. We were a little upset, but The manager put us in two one bedroom king suites, decreased the price and comped the 2nd room for us, so we were very satisfied. They were very nice and accommodating given the unfortunate circumstances. "
