"1st room not clean. Staff upgraded us to a suite. Cleaner, but hair in the shower. Room looked outdated - something I would have expected from a cheaper hotel."

"Rooms were mostly clean, hotel starting to show its age. The staff we worked with were friendly, pools clean inside and out. Unfortunately like most places in Myrtle, the weed smell takes over especially on balconies. Just something to keep in mind. For the price we had no major complaints on our stay."

"Great experience. Everyone was nice. It is a massive hotel with horrible parking though. It is an older hotel as well. They have put a lot into keeping it up put there is only so much you can do."

"Clean room and balcony view"

"Room was clean and well-equipped. Staff was very courteous and helpful."

"Everything was as described, and is in a good location with amazing views. Definitely would book again."

"Well we didn't like the shower head pressure wasn't very strong flow from the water when you pull the latch to switch from bathtub to shower. Bed squeaky but beautiful room. We like the balconies on the living room and bedroom. Since I am a little short how about a stepping stool to get into the bed it sits so high."

"The rooms were clean, neat and ready at check-in. The views from the room were excellent. Staff was excellent. Would revisit definitely recommend."

"Bad place tolit in my room did not work all they said was just pour water in the tank when you use it will not go back"

"Toasted turtle fun"

"It was a great room and kitchen was fully stocked with basic appliances. Only thing is that it is pretty far from the center of Myrtle beach so plan accordingly."

"Expedia failed to notify the property owner my personal information so when I arrived to pick up the keys, I had no information to do so. Fortunately I had a phone number and was able to reach out to them to pick up my packet. After 3 phone calls, everything was cleared up. This created nearly an hour delay."

"DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet...

"They Cancelled my reservation don’t know why, they sure withdrew the money from my account I was not informed of it called police and they kicked me out of the property! Never have I experienced such before will never return to this property!!! 👎👎👎👎"
