"Musty, stale smell throughout the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower had an obvious crack in the base. No hot water from shower in the morning. Carpet in our room looked and smelled dirty. "

There was no one to talk to at the front desk when I went in to check out. The room and property is very dated. The best way to describe it is “rough around the edges”. It’s in need of a refurbish. "The room was comfortable, could have been cleaner. The stairwell doors (and the 101, 201 end of the building) were very squeaky and seriously need oiled. Could hear every time someone entered/exited."
