"La Quinta- Mandarin is an Excellent place to stay. quiet. clean. affordable. Conveniently located near highway and restaurants. Good -hot breakfast. Great Coffee. Super nice -very accommodating customer service staff at check in and check out. Air conditioning worked just fine. We have already booked another stay here for our next visit to this area. Thank you."

"Nobody at front desk for seven minutes. Bartender attempted two times to find someone to check myself and other arriving guests. Roaches in room. Crumbs on carpet. Woke to find bug bites on my fingers. Front desk apologized. Will not be staying there."

"I had a great stay! The room was very clean, fresh, and smelled wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of options. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The property appeared well built with excellent amenities. However, it seemed short on experienced staff & upkeep. Often out off clean towels, etc. Appeared short staffed. Hotel main desk was usually very helpful, though. Nice location."

"I like the setting on a lake and restaurants close by within walking distance. Restaurant at the hotel has excellent food. Very close to the St. Johns Town Center for shopping. Very quiet room and comfortable mattress."

"Fro being next to the Mayo clinic, I would expect the property to be a little more updated, It was not. Most of the staff was very nice, but you have one older gentleman checking in people that needs to decide if this position is a good fit for him. He was very short and a bit rude with the way he was addressing the guests he was helping, not only us. Definitely set the tone for the rest of our stay."

"Great environment"
