"Amazing location. Staff very helpful and lovely and place was clean. Need to sort out the water pressure as opening the taps more than a tiny bit meant having an impromptu shower. Stayed in studio where there was a random supply of kitchen bits and bobs but it was ok for one person. Place is very tired and worn. Booked a room with a balcony but it was more of a closed in porch. If you're looking for a clean place that you're not doing much but sleeping in and want to be in the heart of at kilda...

"Sandra at reception was great, hotel smelt was barely furnished to that of a asylum seeker hotel standard from the uk… carpet was worn, kettle was a white cheap from supermarket, no coffee , kitchen was non existent or wouldn’t use. Spend $10 more and go to oaks next door. This place hasn’t been touched since I stayed in 2017 and is borderline a health hazard "

"Felt very at home in this leafy first floor apartment. Extremely close to the Astor Theatre. Communication re parking was a little unclear but we figured it out. Excellent for attending concerts and so on in St Kilda and surrounds."
