It took about 10 phone calls to get through to anyone...and they said we needed to go down and get them ourselves. The room was nice and clean, but no antibacterial hand wash for bathroom. (Only a face bar and shampoo/conditioner) The staff wasn't rude.... but didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcome either. They are there for check in and check out... that's it. "

And dirty dishes were in sink and dishwasher. Salad dressings in the fridge. There was no other room to move us to and I wasn’t feeling well. The lady documented the complaint and was very helpful. The bedding was clean, so were countertops and bathroom. "
