"The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And the location was excellent, in walking distance of great restaurants and the gondola. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful."

"Great stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"

"Хороший отель, приветливый персонал, обильный завтрак. Если брать блюда а-ля карт, то подача обалденная, повар старается, еда очень вкусная. До склона ходят регулярные шатл-басы, водители приветливые. К сожалению WiFi нормально работает только на лобби."

"A hidden gem! So glad we found this place, and we definitely will visit again!"

" Ice and friendly staff especially the young lady from spa"

"Good location decent breakfast, hot water isn’t the most sufficient, friendly staff"

"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached, and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

"Everything was good, good location, parking, much space"

"hotel calme,un peu à l'écart du centre ville. les équipements sont un peu limite...notament la douche qui inonde à chaque fois la salle de bains connexion wifi pas toujours de qualité"

"Lovely chap who owns and runs the hotel, very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend "

"My experience at Hotel Dezudava was absolutely delightful. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it extremely convenient to explore the surroundings. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, which made our stay very comfortable. What truly stood out were the hosts - they were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. We are already planning our next visit because we definitely want to...

"Wonderful staff, great for fun stay with little children!!"

"Great location. Great room. Great view. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast"

"I would like to leave a review of my stay at the Sofia Hotel in Bansko. It’s a small, family‑run hotel located in the town centre. The rooms are excellent, clean, quiet, and the staff is attentive. All the breakfast ingredients are from local farmers. Fresh juices, homemade jam… It’s delicious! ))) I highly recommend this hotel. Svetlana Levina, Moscow"

"The host Daniel was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything. Location of the hotel is great, everything is a few minutes away walking. "

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"

"A very nice hotel great spa Staff very helpfull "
