"I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! "I had a lovely, large Deluxe Double room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. This hotel is very good value for money, clean and comfortable. Considering the very reasonable price I paid for three nights the NAF Conference Centre exceeded my expectations. It's simple little touches like providing free toiletries and a shower cap that delight customers. The staff were professional, friendly, attentive and very pleasant. With a little bit of TLC this hotel could increase it's star rating...
