"Réservation de 3 nuits avec le programme de fidélité Hôtel.com.. problème à l’arrivée, la personne de l’accueil trouve une confirmation avec Expédia. Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée ! Pas de bonjour non plus lors des passages par l’accueil.
Sinon studio sympa...
