"I really like this hotel. It’s very clean, the staff are excellent, and the service is great. The only issue I experienced was that the rooms felt a bit hot. Because it is close to winter, the hotel’s system only provides heating, and the cooling function is not available at this time of year. I felt a little uncomfortable, but when I asked the receptionist, they advised me to keep the window open. Everything else was very good, and I hope that in the future the hotel will offer both cooling...
