"Staff were friendly as could be.. house keeping was very bad, out of 2 weeks stay my room was cleaned 3 times, cleaners were very lazy. Could smell a bad smell in the room, smelt like sewers. After bad rain water was coming into the room. Not likely to stay there there again"

"Walked from the airport to the resort ( about a 10 minute walk). The resort blew my expectations away and the staff were incredibly helpful! Wish I was staying in this part of Phuket longer just to stay at this resort. Perfect for solo travelers & will be recommending this place to anyone flying into Phuket."

"I wasn't able to check in. Landed for an overnight stay at 11 pm. When got there nobody was at the front desk. I had to check into another hotel that around 1 am. I want my little bit of money back!"

Apparently I had to wake someone up who told me there is a tray with key and my name to check myself in. No problem at all with that, just that sigh tor that tray was “check out” and for that reason I didn’t knew my key was there. Other than that, online is stated that food can be found on site but they don’t have a kitchen. We went next door to a...
