However, there seems to be no attention to detail, i.e.over-flowing garbages, artwork not straight, and cigarette butts and trash littered the front entrance. At 3:00 AM someone on our floor was beating loudly on their door and a female was screaming like someone was killing her. Very unsettling. Then at 3:30 the fire alarm went off for a long time before it was shut off by the fire dept. Lots of unsettling commotion and...

"I booked a room with a window view, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, and the overall stay was incredibly comfortable. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. While I do wish breakfast had been included, it didn’t take away from what was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this hotel—especially for the stunning views it offers. A memorable stay!"

"Quick and easy check in. Property is in need of renovating, the carpet is showing lots of wear and stains. Based on conversation, apparently a refresh is in the plans. Other than that, everything else was nice and clean."
