"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"We had a wonderful five-night stay! The building is exceptionally well-designed and the proximity to all the major ski centers is a huge plus. Having access to a secure, closed parking space was a fantastic bonus. The spa facilities were both pristine and relaxing. Our only minor note for future guests is that the TVs do not have internet connectivity; however, we simply used our laptops to stream our favorite shows. Overall, a great experience!"
