"The hotel is okay, but the location is very isolated "

"If we could give this more than 5-stars, we would - this place was incredible. The owners thought of everything, from the items in the cottage, to the layout, it had all the comforts. I even took a picture of the loveseat because it was so comfortable and beautiful. The views are lovely, and you can see the waterfall from the bedrooms. We cannot wait to return, as we will absolutely be back. Thank you so much! "

"Lovely and cozy stay. The cabin has everything you need to relax. Enjoyed walking around and seeing the horses and property. There was also a kitty whom was just the sweetest!! A great place to relax and unwind. Please note there are no TV’s in the cabin(GOOD!) and the horses don’t directly come to your door but only 20ft behind an electric fence. If I had but a minor criticism it’s check-in. I felt silly that I walked up to Mr.Iceland’s house but he was out…maybe have a small sign to advise to...

"Lovely apartment like accommodations on grounds surrounded by horses and sheep. Convenient to Vik and tourist sites. Wonderful breakfast on site as well as restaurant for dinner. All food was nicely prepared and served. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I did not receive the email with check in instructions that Expedia said would come, but there was a sign on the door directing us to the hotel next door for questions and the woman at the front desk was one of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered and she straightened things out immediately. "The apartment is clean and the kitchen and well equipped for light cooking. It is easy to communicate with the owner. The only complaint is that the sink in bathroom is too small. "

"We stayed in one of the cabins bc it could accommodate our family of five. It was very helpful to have a kitchen (made breakfast in the morning) and the set up of the cabin was convenient for our family. Staff was very friendly and helpful, too!"

"Très bon séjour, malgré un manque total de communication avec la propriétaire qui ne doit pas parler anglais, qui, après plusieurs tentatives, a bien voulu nous montrer notre appart… Appart très spacieux, très confortable, avec tout le nécessaire et même machine à laver et sèche linge…. Attention où vous mettez les pieds la nuit dans le jardin qui est rempli de déjections d’animaux !!!! Mais parfait pour voir les aurores boréales !!!!!!! Excellent séjour de 2 nuits au calme !"
