"The hotel is a very small hotel, but clean, well maintained and with excellent and courteous staff and good food. It is ideal for a business visit, as was mine. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very helpful. The only negative thing during my stay was that I was unable to connect to their Wifi, despite repeated attempts and complaints to the hotel reception, who kept trying but couldnt get the wifi to work."

"The behaviour of the Lady receptionist was very rude, really very unprofessional. We waited for 1 hour for check in, I have a 3 years kid and it was really difficult to wait for checking in. When the room allotted, we saw that the room was not cleaned after others stay, bathroom was smelling very bad, hairs are allover the bed.This was the worst hotel stay experience for my family. "

"The good: The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and it was a nice way to start the day. The not-so-good: The hotel is in a residential area, which means very few proper restaurants or eateries are within easy walking distance except for daytime street food vendors. The property itself felt a bit dated and not very well-maintained — some areas could really use a deep clean (dusty corners, worn fixtures in the room/common areas). It wasn’t dirty...
